The Epygi QX1000 offers a complete solution for enterprises with up to 1000 users. This pure IP solution features all the advanced functionality found on leading SMB products with increased capacity. The QX1000 offers a full hot-standby feature and enhanced QoS options for corporate networks.
Epygi gateways can be easily added for analog or digital ports including FXS, FXO, ISDN BRI, E1, and T1 ports. The QX1000 can connect to PSTN via the added gateways or directly to an ITSP over the company's network accessing the WAN.
The QX1000 offers many advanced features as an additional software license purchase. Some of these features include Video/Audio Conferencing, Barge-in, ACD for call centers, Call Recording, XML API, and outbound dialer tools. Other features available without a license include HotCall Outlook plug-in, Epigy Media Streamer for hold music, Quadro Configuration Console, HotKeyCall, and point-to-point video calling.
