In case you were wondering how we define the different conditions of the items for sale on our site, here are our definitions for you to review:

• New – Items have never been used and are in the original Manufacturer's box.

• New Open Box / NOB – Items have never been used and will be in the original OEM box, which may have a broken seal, slight box damage, or writing on the exterior. 

• Refurbished / Grade A – Items are like new and are fully tested.

• Refurbished / Grade B – Items are fully tested, cleaned and may be blemished or scratched and are shipped in a generic brown box.
